The majority of Fulcrum’s projects are in the Design / Build category. We take clients from design and permitting through the warranty period. We have a proven track record with an expanded team of partners in development, architecture, engineering and consulting across the U.S.
We employ dedicated superintendents with decades of construction experience in a variety of construction types. We offer hard bid or negotiated processes. Our estimating experience brings value and manages down project risk – optimizing time, cost, and quality for each project we undertake.
Fulcrum manages dozens of buildings and properties across the U.S. We understand that maintaining a building’s systems properly preserves the value of a project after construction. We utilize our dedicated staff and local tradesmen to develop and execute a maintenance plan that meets each property’s specific needs.
