With over 12 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Patrick James has built a career on his passion for home building. A native of the Eastern Shore, Patrick attended Christ the King, Bayside Academy, and Auburn University before embarking on his professional journey. He gained invaluable experience working on high-end renovations in Boston, which eventually led him to operate his own small renovation business.

Today, as the Managing Partner at Fulcrum Residential, Patrick brings his expertise, leadership, and hands-on approach to every project. He is highly familiar with and capable of performing all trades relevant to the construction process, often carrying his own tools and stepping in to coach or assist subcontractors when needed. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and his hands-on involvement set him apart as a leader in the field.

Bilingual in Spanish and with a love for travel and the outdoors, Patrick approaches both his work and life with a sense of adventure and dedication. His deep-rooted passion for home building and sustainable practices has made him a trusted name in the industry.

With over 25 years of experience in construction management, Nathan Dunn is a seasoned commercial general contractor specializing in diverse and complex construction projects across the United States and beyond. His expertise spans all facets of commercial construction, including retail developments, industrial facilities, airfield infrastructure, and high-end mega yacht marinas.

Nathan has successfully led and delivered projects of all sizes and scopes, bringing strategic oversight to estimating, procurement, scheduling, and project management. His career highlights include managing national retail rollout programs, spearheading the development of specialized infrastructure projects, and overseeing the construction of waterfront marinas tailored for luxury vessels.
