Serving large scale landscape projects, individual retail customers and any size job in between, our dump trucks are available every weekday to deliver a variety of materials including pavers, landscaping materials, and retaining wall block. Gravel

Gravel is another great fill material that is normally used when drainage is required in a project. It’s also often used with driveways, parking lots, roads and even as landscaping filler.

Clay

Clay offers many benefits. Clay can provide a sturdy foundation for buildings or roads.

Flagstone

Flagstone’s natural beauty adds timeless elegance to both construction and landscaping projects. Its durability and versatility make it a popular choice for creating stunning outdoor/indoor spaces that withstand the test of time.

Sand

Sand is a filler that is made of fine, small rock particles. It’s very compact, so it’s ideal for areas around drainage, such as trench or hole-filling or around septic tanks. Sand is also a commonly used material as a base for concrete.

Crushed Concrete

Crushed concrete is as eco-friendly as it is versatile. Common uses include use in driveways, landfilling, and even creating pathways and walkways. It’s also usually a more budget-friendly option as well.

Topsoil

Topsoil is an organic, nutrient-rich material that’s ideal for use where plants and shrubs will be planted. Topsoil should also be considered for areas of land that typically hold water.

A native of the Eastern Shore, Patrick attended Christ the King, Bayside Academy, and Auburn University before embarking on his professional journey. He gained invaluable experience working on high-end renovations in Boston, which eventually led him to operate his own small renovation business.

Today, as the Managing Partner at Fulcrum Residential, Patrick brings his expertise, leadership, and hands-on approach to every project. He is highly familiar with and capable of performing all trades relevant to the construction process, often carrying his own tools and stepping in to coach or assist subcontractors when needed. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and his hands-on involvement set him apart as a leader in the field.

Bilingual in Spanish and with a love for travel and the outdoors, Patrick approaches both his work and life with a sense of adventure and dedication. His deep-rooted passion for home building and sustainable practices has made him a trusted name in the industry.
